A. All units are rented on a month to month basis.
Q. What documents do I need to provide in order to rent a storage unit?
A. U.S. or State government photo identification.
Q. How much space do I need?
A. Please refer to storage size.
Q. When can I move in ?
A. During office hours seven days a week. Office hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm
Q. Do I have to contact the office each time I enter and exit the facility?
A. Customers are provided their own unique access code which allows them to enter and exit the facility during normal gate hours. Gate hours are 7:00am to 7:00pm
Q. Does your facility have an administration fee?
A. Yes, there is a one time $25.00 administration fee per unit due at the inception of the Rental Agreement.
Q. How do I pay for my storage unit?
A. Payments can be made by Check, Cash, Money Orders, Visa, and MasterCard, customer can also set up monthly automatic deductions from their credit account.
